William & Henry Alexander (Civil Engineering) Limited are currently accreditated to BS EN ISO 9001:2008 and UDVB Achilles.

We have maintained a high level of service to all Clients throughout the years, which has allowed us to gain an excellent reputation, especially within the renewable energy sector.

Our positive attitude, determination and commitment to problem solving has allowed us to develop and incorporate new techniques which is important in the ever changing work environment in which we are involved with.

We implement our Quality Management System throughout the entire company, carrying out regular audits to ensure we monitor and review the quality measures in place. This continual review of our QA Management System allows us to guarantee Client satisfaction at the end of every project.

STATEMENT

It is a key objective of William & Henry Alexander (Civil Engineering) Limited to provide a service which delivers a complete, efficient, effective service to fulfil customer satisfaction and assurance that our activities and operations comply to the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2008. The Quality Policy of the Company is one of a culture of continuous improvement, transparency and integrity in all aspects of our operations by way of performance and efficiency.

The responsibility for quality improvement and customer service is shared by all staff in the Company, who perform at a high level and in accordance with good practice as laid down in industry codes, standards and guidelines.

Alexander’s are willing to co-operate with customers or their representatives in any request to monitor the Company’s performance in accordance with good management guidelines.

All personnel, staff and employees within the Company are trained and comply with Company policies, procedures (QAP’S) and systems which cover all aspects of their work. All these are documented established and maintained the Company Quality QAP’S and further provides instruction and guidance to all staff in the Company’s quality lead approach in all areas of our work.
