Project Details:
Sliabh Bawn Wind Farm is located 5km south of Strokestown, Co. Roscommon. The recreational paths were constructed throughout the wind farm to provide local walkers with path ways and viewpoints overlooking the valleys. Works completed on site included:
- Installation of footpaths and bridle ways throughout the wind farm
- Installation of floated paths following the contours of the mountain
- Installation of seating areas
- Installation of viewing platforms
- Installation of Gym equipment
- Installation of Picnic area
- Installation of stone walls
